Terms of Service

By creating an account on My Mistress X you agree to these terms and to our Community Guidelines.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if higher, and legally able to view adult content. You confirm the date of birth you give at sign-up is true; it cannot be changed later.

Your account

• One person per account. Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity on your account.
• You own the content you post, and give us permission to display it to other members to run the service.
• We may suspend or remove accounts that break these terms or the Community Guidelines.

Payments and tributes

Paid features (tributes, gifts, paid content and similar) will be governed by additional terms when they launch. Tributes are voluntary and non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. Creators are responsible for their own tax obligations.

Liability

Members interact at their own risk. We are not responsible for arrangements members make with each other, on or off the platform.

Changes

We may update these terms. We'll let members know about significant changes.
